Lewkowicz recently closed on a four-bedroom, four-bath, 3,400-square-foot golf course home, which sold for $425,000 just seven days after it was listed. A home of the same size, not located near a golf course, in South Tampa would cost between $750,000 and $800,000.
While the homes in Carrollwood vary in style and build, the area is like Northdale in that it is full of local restaurants, shops, and recreational amenities.
